App is worthless when you go to find a pharmacy it doesn't give you a map of where anything is just says nothing available since I'm in the Chicago area it's hard to believe nothing is available there should be an optional expanded map. You should also be able to expand your card so that it can be easily red fonts are ridiculously small it would be nice if you could turn your phone sideways and view the card in an expanded view this is really bad

This is one of the most poorly written apps I've ever been exposed to. None of the questions made sense. I had to verify at least 5 new codes. I was asked what plan I wanted to purchase just to install the mobile app for a plan I was enrolled in 2 months ago, I was asked if I'd like to see my virtual ID card and when I clicked on it, I got a blank screen. You need some serious quality control from someone who knows how to communicate with users.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
