Up until this point I've never had a problem with the app. The latest update has made it incompatible with my device (samsung galaxy s8) so I can no longer access it. I understand I can log in through the browser, but it works very poorly and makes it a real hassle. Really disappointed there wasn't consideration for those of us whose older phones work perfectly fine. Hopefully in the future wecu will work to support all users.

Inconvenient when I needed it. The app was basic which was fine for what I used my card for ,but now it wants me to update as of 09/ 2024 . Now I can no longer get into my mobile app so I cannot see my balance. Google wallet linked to my account doesn't show balance either. My cell isn't compatible with the update but at the same time doesn't let me use it without update. You need to consider all your clients. Not happy at all.
