2025-01-18 | As everyone else says, used to work fine. Now It think I'm far from the pump or it makes me input a number for the pump (before you could select on the app, now have to type) and then it won't let me use any of my credit cards. Update jan 2025: Looks like it's been updated. I still have to manually put in my pump instead of scanning a qr or choosing from menu but it's better. | ||

2024-12-04 | I live in a big city & the app works great. It did get wonky when Google updated GPay to whatever it is now - "gwallet"? It wouldn't accept the change in a credit card update but I believe that was a Google issue. Great thing is that the app let's you also enter rewards from Safeway (although that is done at the pump rather than in app). But I prefer using this app rather than standing outside, putting cc into a reader & having to input zipcode. This bypasses all that | ||
2024-12-02 | 12/02/24 Stand by my rating below. Another problem with phone APP is when under the canopy APP says "No Stations Near" even though I'm at the pump of the station. Real pain when it's 16 degrees with a WC of 8 degrees. Go back to SpeedPass! Liked my Speedpass Wand better. The app is much slower takes long time to connect. Because of that I set my phone down and ultimately left it at station. someone picked it up and now I have to buy new phone. wand on key chain much better. | ||

The more details page will not load so I can't get a code to use points in store. My previously saved debit card is no longer accepted on the app for digital pay at the pump now and it it trying to force me to get an Exxon card. No thanks. | ||
2024-11-18 | The app was great and worked for almost a year with few issues. But for the past month or so, I have not been able to access any of my account information. The support is absolutely not existant. Was told on the phone that I'd receive an email that never came. Sent in multiple tickets to get this issue resolved and never received a response almost 3 weeks later. I was using this app religiously for my frequent gas purchases, but not anymore. Beyond disappointed by the support team and this app. | ||
2024-11-16 | I have tried multiple times from different locations(including multiple Exxon stores) on both Wi-Fi and data but there is no possible way to enroll. As such this app is completely useless. And yes it is up to date. No there are no uninstalled updated. Very disappointed. | ||
2024-11-07 | When the app works, there's no problem. I experience more issues than you'd expect from an app of this nature. There's no support to read what an error message may be, and app support isn't any help either. Make sure you don't lock yourself out, or you're stuck for 24 hours, and there's no help available once you're stuck there. |
