Feel secure with the app but sometimes have troubles getting into my account when it's late at night. Don't know though if there is a reason for that.

While it works, it's faster to turn on my laptop, wait for start, and access my accounts there. A complex password is required for WSB. This app won't remember your password and I don't feel like memorizing it. I shouldn't have to when my browser does it for me. And no, a "fingerprint" is not a solution anyone I know wants. No financial app I use does that. Lastly, offering buttons whose sole purpose is a dialog that says "call us" is silly. In summary, it works but it's easier to not use it.
