Very Good app for my daycare

Lost access to sending messages, lost access to sleep details. Don't receive any notifications and can't change the settings to be able to allow notifications. Downloading photos isn't as user friendly as the previous version. It's been broken for at least 2 months now. Had sent an email last month and they just said they're working on it but 1 month later and it's still not fixed
