The app doesn't allow .co.uk emails, I had to use the website which is silly. I'm unable to upload images to the devices (I have 2) because the app says "myheating needs access to your photo library) and every permission is allowed yet it simply won't do it, I've cleared cache and I installed, it just won't work. Almost every setting and function cannot be done on the app, I have to touch the screen on the devices to change most settings, which makes the app completely redundant.

I bought the whole setup, underfloor heating for 3 rooms in 2021, but have never been able to get it to work properly. It was a big waste of my. Thought I'd use this app to see if I could get the thing to work properly: 1. Didn't like my email address, so I created a different one. 2. Then, it keeps telling me my WiFi is offline, even though it's set for 2.4GHZ. Save your money and get something else. A waste of a couple of grand. The wife has never let me forget it...
