However, due to items being out of stock at the time the order was being prepared, some has been replaced but there are items that have been cancelled as well. The total amount of the order was ₱2,320.28. a few days after checking my bank, I've realized I was charged for some items I didn't received. i've reach out via email through their website and the app but I haven't heard any response from them despite sending multiple emails. |

Pay w card option debits the order amount BEFORE the store lets you know if the items are available. - Unavailable items are removed from the list w/o any indication which item was removed. UI is terrible. After selecting an item fr a category, the back button takes you to store locations, so you have to start from the root menu all over again. Pls fix this. |

And tech support made me feel like I was lying or stupid, until I sent them a screen recording 🙄 but I guess, i am moving on. If they won't take my money, there will be other supermarkets that would. An option to choose size of item in one page, without the need to go back to previous screen would also be helpful. Overall satisfied with my experience. Staff calls if items are not available and provide alternatives. Online payment gets refunded as well. |

The address book is useless; you have keep encoding your address every time you order, even if you save in the address book. SMAC card/Loyalty card should be inputted repeatedly. It's also so difficult to update your cart, it returns "Cannot update" and your order will not push through. In the Payment screen, be careful not to press the BACK button, otherwise you'll start the checkout process again. |

This feature makes it easier for us users to search for the item we want and compare prizes with similar items from other brands. [2] There are various payment options you can choose from (I prefer GCASH or COD). [3] Their help support team answers emails immediately and clearly. |
