2025-01-26 | This app is everything but "simple" I already wasted over an hour trying to find and start a workout.
2025-01-21 | very personalized and unbelievably awesome. I would recommend this app to anybody who wants get stronger be more flexibility and work on mobility skills and other fun skills. I am so excited about this. I gave it a 4 because of some glitches in the app that can be frustrating while you're working out, wasting time . will share to hopefully get them fixed and give this an app a 5! try it out you will love it
2025-01-13 | Great app comes with progressions for every exercise. Dont even need to purchase premium
2025-01-04 | Very impressed by this app and I tried many other calistenics and several workout apps before. In particular the customizable training plan (subscription) can be tuned to my needs: from hypertrophy to strength, with the muscle groups I favor to further develop. Focussing on a few select skills with skill progress tree. Can clearly recommend the fully featured app with subscription which is not a lot of compared to similar apps.
2024-12-23 | Best APP EVER created. Shows and demonstrates all exercises for beginners and a program you could create for the advanced calisthenic athletes. Overall, if you're looking to get in shape and learn new and FUN bodyweight exercises, this is the way. Gives progressions to any and EVERY performance skills. starts from the ground up. Broken down to a scientific level to measure soreness, muscle fatigue, and nerves. GET THE LIFETIME SUB WORTH EVERY DOLLAR ππΎππΎπ¦Ύ
2024-12-03 | Really good app with a variety of exercises. There is a paywall but, honestly it's really not that expensive. A Planet Fitness membership can be $15 or $25 but the 3 month plan for this app is $23 (which equals $7/month) You dont really need a lot of equipment or space for Calisthenics which is the nice part. You also get a really good workout plan with progressions already listed and it gives you a pretty accurate nutrition plan to track your macros which you can then put in to MFP.
2024-11-22 | I've been using the app for around a month now and it's by far the best I've tried. The program generation is very flexible and tailored to your goals, your equipment, schedule, preferred split or workout type, etc. The UI is also very nice for the most part. I have encountered a few bugs and issues within the app, but the dev responded to my feedback very quickly and pushed updates fixing these issues, which is fantastic! I strongly recommend!
2024-11-17 | Even after selecting no equipment exercise it shows exercises that requires equipments
2024-11-06 | Everything is locked behind a pay wall
2024-07-12 | I opted for this app over others and giving credit where it's due it has a large library of different workout techniques and the way it runs through routines is fantastic. The calendar though is very sloppy and pretty much usless. This app would really benefit from having a regular 12 month cycle calendar that shows upcoming routines and logs previous routines and can be adjusted through its own dedicated calendar section. |
