First off, their support system is not existent. They have this chat bot, it ask for screen shots etc, but when you go back and forth between the chat session it restarts, and you end up in this loop to nowhere. I went to stake some tokens, they have been locked in a pending state for over a month and a half now. Now even when I go to the Launch pool part of the app, it says unavailable, so I'm very sus. My advice is, if there is a system with 0 support or accountability, keep your distance.

The app works, however, it will NOT ALLOW me to buy, sell, or swap coins on my cell phone! I thought I had lost my $6,000. However, I just have to trade on my desktop, which is i convenient and cost me $2,000 due to not being able to trade at a peak price. The app isn't horrible, but I will look for something better.
