OneCart - Online Shopping

I have ordered OnePlus buds z, the product is totally fake its not even working. I applied for return but they are not responding to my email. After trying to reach them by call they are telling they respond to this issue only through mail. Onecart is a big froud app.

Worst app doing fraud with customer i have requested for return before 4 months now I they picked order after 4 months for return now not refunding money and saying that delete bad review then we will refund after deleting the review still not refunding money worst app

FRAUD 🚨 I ordered Samsung Buds Pro, the quality of buds was soo poor. I applied for return and shared the unboxing video they asked, now they are saying, they can't replace it since reason is not eligible. I want return and refund of the item. Their customer service guy says there is no one to talk to, only mail. Their policy says we can return with whatever reason, there is no specific reason listed. Everyone can have different reasons, they can't decide our reason, and say its not eligible.
