Without a doubt one of the most frustrating rental apps. The apps camera wouldn't auto focus so my driving licence images were blury, it kept autoselecting France for everything despite me manually selecting great Britain, when I deleted my account to start again it told me my details were already in use. And then there's no option to edit any of this in the account centre

App wouldn't save my card details. My wife also installed the app but couldn't book a bike. Kept coming up with errors. Uninstalled and gave up trying to hire bikes.
