2024-10-27	Ken Rath	The app notifications are not showing up when I get a load. This is very bad. Most of the time load won't come through the first time it's sent.
2024-09-29	Manuel Gonzalez	On a s24 ultra the Scanner is not reliable at all. You scan a vin and numbers or letters are missing most of the time. The app tells you, wrong vin when it's the right vin. Becareful when scanning vins into a manual load make sure you read the whole vin number since the scanner is not taking all the digits. Hopefully it gets fixed
2024-07-25	Kevin Usta	God awful lag. Sluggish. Will oftentimes not respond at all unless to scroll. It is impossible to navigate smoothly and quickly. Clean install onto a new OnePlus 12. Still having the same issues as my previous Samsung. I hate it.
2024-05-02	Nolan	The app is terrible. It's always freezing and takes forever to load. My company paid a lot of money for this app. It should be working properly. I'm using a lot of my time on the app waiting for the picture to load. No Bueno. The dev team should be working on fixing these issues. Not impressed
2024-04-03	Chris Evans	I wish I could give this app negative stars. It is, by far, thee worst app on my phone. It constantly freezes and reboots itself. And it always lags. Unfortunately, I need it for work, so I can't delete it.
2024-03-16	Bob Pedrin	I've been using Magnus Driver for a few years. On a tablet it was slow but that was the tablets fault. On my phone it's lightning fast if, it can read a clean barcode. We move new vehicles. If the barcode is dirty or has rainwater on it the camera can have problems. One wipe with my finger usually clears that up
2023-12-15	R McCollum	This app is a little trying. There are a lot of detailed pages to navigate through. The transition from a different app was fairly smooth.
2023-11-16	Joseph A Sparks	Slow. Very slow. App freezes. Refreshes in the middle of actions causeing mishaps that must be redone. Must wait for a refresh everytime it's opened. Takes 15-25 seconds before app responds due to refresh. It's not long but when your in a flow and then have to stand there and wait for every unit, it's terrible. Especially when it's every unit. Adding documents section is clunky.
2023-11-08	Shawn Love	The camera does not work well. In the slightest. There's some kind of disconnect with the app and the camera system. Certain angles or lighting makes the app think the picture didn't take. Really odd. The only way I could get it to work properly was to cover my camera lens and take the picture in all black. This is a pretty basic feature to program for. Shouldn't be this difficult to use. IPhone 15 Pro Max. Will try on my other phone, which is an S23.
2023-06-17	Luis A Vega	Everytime I get a new load it never showed up in the app, I get the icon on top of a new load but its never there,unistall many times,phone off ,log off and still no load.sometime 3 to 4 hrs beforw the load shows up after calling support.
