| 2025-02-03 |  | | I haven't ever had issues with VSCO until recently. I deleted the app from my phone but reinstalled it, only for it to send me an email saying it was a new device and I needed to verify my login. I'm not sure how that's possible, especially when I've verified my login on this device before. And when I tap the 'verify login' button on the email, it redirects me to my page but there's no confirmation that my account has been verified, and it says my account hasn't been verified. How??? |
| 2025-01-20 |  | | Good until I tried to download my edited photos. I was on a trial and when I tried to upgrade that's when the error messages started. It won't let me upgrade. I tried to fill out a support ticket in the app and got an error message when I hit submit. I got an error message when I tried to change my profile picture. The app appears to be very buggy. So much wasted time! |

Nothing. Wait thinking maybe lag in payment system. Query Support. Told upgrade app (it's already upgraded), send screen recording. Annoyed. Ask for refund. Sorry, can't refund for our broken service after 24 hours. Time to contact bank. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | Export issues... Whenever I export photos or videos and save to my phone they show as a black image. Most photos save as corrupted so I cannot use them! It seems to be when I edit in black and white more than colour, why? It's been 3 years since my last review saying the same thing and NOTHING has been fixed! Especially as the prices are increasing, again, this should not be an issue! Please fix asap! |

Even the free 7 day trial is not available without credit card info, which is obviously a ploy to make you pay if you don't cancel in time or making it very hard to cancel at all. Judging by all the reviews on here that had exactly that happen, I'm glad I deinstalled immediately. I don't buy something I have literally not seen, especially with so many amazing free apps available. |
| 2024-07-29 |  | | UPDATE: Last July I got a new phone, and my membership didn't carry over for some reason. Don't recommend this app This app is absolutely stunning. I have been using it for maybe two years now? The presets are gorgeous, the settings are amazing. And it doesn't diminish the quality. Would 10/10 recommend. The only thing I would change would be: you have an account, and you can post to your profile, but the photos you upload to edit don't stay in the app after being uninstalled. Very inconvenient |
| 2024-06-16 |  | | Used to be the best app. Then they switched to a subscription model. Bad. Now the app crashes constantly, hang on import AND on save. Favorite effects reset to defaults all the time. It's become a garbage app with great features in it. This could easily be the one editor to rule them all. Easily. And it used to be for me. Now it's unusable, and basic features like HSL locked behind a subscription pay wall. I'd pay for the app, but never subscribe to a tool. Must subscribe to edit videos now too. |
| 2023-01-18 |  | | I would rate this a 5 star app because I think it is the best on phone editing software I've used and it is a great non addictive or draining app. However there is a "tap here to unlock 7 days of vsco" dialogue box that you can't close (even if you were to try the trial). Has mad the app so annoying. The only way you don't see it is when you're editing. |
| 2022-11-30 |  | | This is my 4th time lowering my rating of VSCO. It's honestly impressive how this app just adds more glitches. When using a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra: 1. Saving an edit causes the app to jump to the top of the imported files. 2. After you do that, you scroll down and it pull you into a random photo, when exiting, you get glitched to the top again. Very annoying. 3. Photos render as much lower quality In app than outside. You'd think they'd show you full quality considering your editing stills. |

I have bought many preset filters from them and intended on continuing to do so. I'm not going to pay any amount of money to put a GRAIN on my pictures. seeing many other users saying the same thing. very sad. do better VSCO... |
