The current version of the VP Bank app is not user-friendly. Paying an invoice requires too many steps, making a simple task unnecessarily complicated. Additionally, several features are buried in the interface and hard to find, which makes navigating the app frustrating. A more streamlined design and better accessibility of key functions would greatly improve the overall experience.

Hat UX Testing Bedarf.... Seit der neuen Version/Launch viel weniger intuitiv. Nicht für den normalen Kunden gedacht. QR Zahlung jetzt mühsam in zwei Schritten, wobei die Idee von QR war, das ganze zu vereinfachen.
