The ISP provides an e-mail address for detailed explanation of the problem; however, that is all it gets. No one calls or e-mails back for further elaboration or a suggestion to the issue. Afterwards I send a reminder follow-up e-mail only to receive an automated reply that the issue has "been updated" but to no progress. Still the same. | ||
2024-08-28 | Worst expensive ever with an app. You buy a tourist sim at a shop....when the credit is gone it's impossible to top up online. You go back to the shop to top up and they cant help you as say it's online only now. What a scam. You can only think they want you to purchase a brand new sim. |
