Post recent update the points are not adjusting to the status. Sent three times to customer care with screen shots and no response... Request resolution and someone to reach out to me and confirm.

I have taken 2 crore term plan, where I was promised discount based on vitality points, where maximum 12000 points were based on vitality health checkup which was to be scheduled by tata AIA and in vitality app it was written to get the same scheduled by calling on customer care number, but to my surprise the customer care number was based on AI and I couldn't find any option and atlast even sent email, but all in vain. No reply. Even after complaints no revert, no calls recieved . Worst service
