Russell Sparks, 2024-10-03The paid Dropbox backup feature does not work. The backups I have can not be used if you relink the same dropbox account (which is the point of backup). Developer does not respond to my email. Impossible to get refund. Extremely frustrated. UPDATE: purchased another device and trying to migrate all my records, but the app is asking to buy dropbox fbackup feature AGAIN! WHY????? Better do not do any payment in this app. It is unreliable. You will loose your data, as I did.
