Abandonado por esta empresa, una vergüenza, delincuentes! Cuando abrí el paquete después de recogerlo en el Punto de Recogida faltaban dos componentes de 1300€. No se quieren hacer responsables porque dicen que el paquete llegó con el peso correcto. En el servicio al cliente no me ayudan de ninguna manera, me han abandonado y dejado con este marrón. El transportador me dice que la vendedor tiene que poner la reclamación y PCcomponentes se niega a hacerlo porque no vee el problema. No compréis!
