If there was a setting for no stars you would get it.... Horrible service all around... One week into getting vidgo it stopped working and haven't watched a single thing... Now they keep charging me for service that I don't want when there service is not working.... I will be reporting to the BBB and if nothing is done there it will go to the next level....

Vidgo has been out for 3+ weeks, yet they keep collecting money from people and providing NO service. This is not the first time they have suffered extended outages. Most everyone has cancelled at this point. Total scam for them to continue offering their "service" at all. If for whatever reason you get conned into signing up, cancel and do a charge back on your credit card to recover your money. Avoid Vidgo AT ALL COSTS.
