Terrible! I can not message from my phone. Nice called Verizon, went into stores, and now I'm at the point when I call and give my number I'm not even connected to to anyone the message says we have exhausted troubleshooting, to go to a store. In the stores no one knows anything about the app. My fiance can text out but not receive texts. I keep getting error 9005. Being able to text is crucial to the buisness. I sent one talk an email. So far I've logged out 4 hours trying to correct this!!!!

I have really liked this app, but can no longer make calls. I am getting this message when I try to make calls: "Cannot make the call at the moment, please check your connection." I can call using the resident app on my phone with no problems and I have full bars of connection.
