I only used it on Verizon phones, but expect it works with all popular carriers. It appears to be sharing code with Samsung's Smart Switch app, which also works perfectly, but requires a Samsung phone. |

| 2024-05-21 |  | | Not a fan. Just did the data transfer to the new phone and am in the process of erasing and resetting. The files (photos. videos, and audio files) transferred over. However, the date stamp was incorrect on most files! The newly saved date was the date and time of the transfer :/ This does not work for me!! I need to know the correct date of my screenshots and audio files. So now I am going to start the process over with a different app.... Update: Used the Clone Phone app. Much faster than this |
| 2023-03-11 |  | | Very easy to use. However..at the same time frustrating. Each of my apps I was made to approve the transfer or go to the play store to download anyway. Only transferred half of my pics, notified me, but gave no way to try the rest. Didn't transfer ANY of my phone contacts. Had to go through each contact last night & transfer to the new device. Now let's see what pics I'm missing. Guess that's how I'm spending my morning...Update-Wife just used Samsung Smart Switch & it worked way better! |

The best part, it does directly phone to phone, sp don't need to waste time, storage space and money on a PC app that is not gonna do as well as this a wonder app. Thank you so much 🥰 greatly appreciate it! The only thing that it's missing in this app (and for sure in the rest of similar apps) is an ability to transfer all apps data, so you'd continue where you left off on the previous device! |

It also allowed me to select what I wanted to transfer that way not already in the Cloud. It was every easy to use. Clearly tells you what to do. Mine took about 1/2 hour, because of my text messages. Got all my messages. |

After 3 hrs of trial and error, a tech switched to Verizon's Content Transfer. Unfortunately, I keep too many text messages, which impacted the transfer. Once I realized I could transfer partial information, multiple times, until all was transferred over, everything then went as smooth as ice. Without this app, I may not have been able to transfer info to my new phone! |

Niether phone could find the other one I connected both phones to the WiFi, I tried connecting one phone to the other via hotspot (which they connected, but the app wouldn't recognize the connection) and the app was very slow on one of the phones (they were the same phones (motoZ 2 Force). The first time I used this app it worked great, but now it has a problem |

I had generated so much negative energy I decided I needed to regroup and then I found this fabulous app which is super easy to use and, more importantly, it works!!! I am not technically astute and was was definitely anxious about upgrading to a state of the art phone and now my new phone is ready to go. |
| 2021-02-27 |  | | Trying to transfer from a pixel 2 to a pixel 5. Unfortunately this app is such a pain to use. The battery on my old phone drains before I can finish transferring just the apps. Then after all the apps "transferred" you finally get to select which you want to install. Very backwards! Messages won't transfer and the phones loose connection waiting for the to be collected. Pixel phones have a smooth transfer on other carriers. Not sure what's wrong with verizon! |
