Great for the price, but don't use up all your data. It's happened to me a couple time over the years and it's brutal. This company lies about "slower speeds." My phone becomes completely unusable and can't even load chrome when out of data. Just buyer beware! I imagine they do this to get people to buy more data which is very expensive.

I'm used to the big networks. You know, red, blue, and pink and their unlimited truely is unlimited. But you're paying a lot for that service .. So how this works with the whole data and allotment rationing isn't really working for me. That's the only reason it didn't get 5 stars. And 50Gb/month is reasonable. Well, for the price. It's nearly 2/3 the cost of the legacy networks.

After reading the reviews. I'm avoiding this app. It's SUPER Slow off wifi and constantly loads every screen (yt, Google, the play store) even though I had this unlimited data plan for LESS THAN A MONTH!!!!!!!! I barely use data and try to use wifi when I can. It's making everything slower and I will use wifi ALL the time now and NOT use data unless it's my ONLY option!!!!! Very disappointed in this app

A cheaper phone bill is nice, but the constant running out of data is crazy. I have the unnecessary plan and ran out of data due to the internet being down in my area. Mint Mobile unlimited plan is absolutely limited. I often find myself having to pay 40$ + extra around the end of the third month just to add data that runs out just to try to hold over until my next bill cycle. Also, customer service is stuck on a script and is generally very unhelpful.

I love Mint Mobile. Quality plans, service, price, everything is top fox for me. I had to replace my SIM through the website because my phone was stolen. It was simple to set up the new SIM once I purchased an unlocked replacement phone! The app itself is user friendly, easy to use/navigate. Very clean look.

I am currently trying mint mobile ultimate plan for 3 months. My overall review is that it is absolutely horrible and unreliable. Measuring internet speed connected on an unlimited plan it reads 0.17mbps download and 0.09mbps download. If it was flat disconnected then I'd say it is configuration, but I am connected at a very slow dial-up looking speed. What's more annoying is that reaching out to customer service they can't help either. I advise all to stay away from this horrible service.

I'm using Mint to manage a relative's line that I am only keeping active for 2FA, so I wanted a low-usage plan. I placed an order online tonight for a nano-sim for use with a device that can't use eSim, but I still wound up receiving an email containing an eSim. I was required to activate the eSim on an eSim compatible device (my own) in order to even access chat via the app, and it took 2 hours to get a nano-sim ordered. The app itself seems to work smoothly so far. I'll update as time goes on.

I've had lots of issues with loading links and verifications. The esim that came with my package does not work on my phone despite the website test saying it did . I thought i had followed the link offer for unlimited everything for $15 p/month for 3 months... but i got turned around on the website and see that i purchased 3 months of 5gbs of data per month- which didnt even last me 2 days. Almost impossible to do anything on 4g nowadays. I'm frustrated. It hasn't been a pleasant experience.

Unlimited data ACTUALLY means 40GB of highspeed data before you're throttled to a point where the network will not function at all. I do not recommend Mint Mobile because of this as the unlimited data is essentially a lie, I will not be renewing my subscription because I cannot even get YouTube Music to load anything until my data is renewed.

Fantastic provider never had a problem thus far.I've been using it 4 2 months, It's nice because I don't have to pay all kinds of extra money for data that I do not use. I'm on the 5 gig plan per month because I'm always connected to Wi-Fi. So when I head Straight Talk straight talk. I was paying $40 a month and barely using any data. Now that I switched to meant mobit's only $15 a month for 5 gigs of data which for me is perfect. Why overpay? When you don't have to that's my dairy.Thank you
