Food is normally good. what is frustrating, 9 chances out of 10, the order will be messed up. I understand they get busy, but they have a written slip telling you what the customer wants. I used to work in food service, it's not that hard. I would rather wait to have fresh, hot correct food than for it to be fast and wrong

Would be better if when you Find a Sheetz for a Sheetz in an area, it would show the closest addresses to that area instead of what is around you. The map zooms in to what you searched, but the addresses don't change. Would also be cool to be able to search the menu without ordering just to look around and see what they have instead forced to choose a store, delivery, pick up, and such.

Having trouble utilizing the scan and go feature lately as it won't recognize that I am at a Sheetz location despite having location service turned on on my phone, allowing access to the Sheetz app, and being connected to Sheetz in store wifi. Even when it gives me the option to find my closest Sheetz and tells me I'm right there, it won't recognize that I am at the store to use the feature. This has happened the last handful of times I've been there and it's very frustrating.

Horrible, horrible app. Won't load my rewards when I hit the rewards button on the bottom, middle of screen. If I close the error window that pops up, I can then hit the button that says rewards, but the app will not apply any of the rewards. The help page loads just a blank white screen. No way to contact support. Really disrupts my day every time I try to use it. Should come with an autism trigger warning. I'd give it negative stars if possible.

I will say that the app itself is good. It's easy to use and very convenient for what it is. The rewards system on the other hand, is meh. I don't generally buy things inside convenience stores and rarely order food from Sheetz. So, I really only go there for gas. But the rewards app doesn't give rewards for gas and the points from in store purchases expire. So, for me, the app was basically useless.

Mostly the app is great, works as needed. However I cannot give this app anything over 2* until the mobile ordering is fixed. Needing AT LEAST 2-3 mins just to load locations before you even get to think about ordering actual food needs fixed ASAP. I guarantee more than a small amount of money has been lost because of it. Now once you're actually able to order food hope you don't mind menu scrolling to the top EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE THE PAGE. Your UX designer needs to find a new job though

Love Sheetz. Even as simple as something like having stations for free, hassle free, air for your tires gets me in the parking lot, then I end up getting my gas,etc there. The Slow Brew Coffee is really really good and not outrageously priced. And the rewards using the app build up fast, so I end up getting free food or coffee with the points about weekly. Definitely recommended.

I haven't been able to order from the app in months! When I try to checkout, it won't let me pay for my order, no matter which card I use! I've tried deleting & reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, clearing the data, nothing helps! They're losing a lot of business by not fixing this issue!

Redeeming awards is not easy. I wish the process was more streamlined. You have to go into my awards, then "buy" it with your points. Then you actually have to order it within a certain number of days or it expires. Then you have to add that exact thing to your order and it sees ypu have "bought" the free or discounted product and applies it to your total, but it does not announce it applied it so you are not sure unless you look carefully at the detailed statement. Too complcated.

Terrible app. Pump and pay (for 3 cents off/gal) was the biggest reason I installed the app but the button doesn't exist 90% of the time. Deleted in reinstalled app 5 times in 3 months since sheetz opened to get the option to reappear. It work 3/5 of those times. 15 minutes of app troubleshooting isn't worth 40 cents gas savings. They claim support will contact back about the issue. Waiting months for that to happen. Not holding my breath
