2024-12-16 | The app works fine, able to do everything you need to do with your account, my rating is more focused on the service. Ever since I switched to this carrier I have been getting an overwhelming amount of scam or robo calls at all times, even on sundays! That is something they need to work on! It's been an annoying experience in that regard!
2024-11-30 | Update 11/30/24: I haven't been able to sign in for last month. When I try with biometric, it tries f2a, but then it freezes. I can't enter code from text. Frustrating. Update 1/12/24: app works ok but doesn't make sense to me. I get info I need but there's lots of mixed up stuff Keeps asking me to upgrade to new network won't let me. No reflection on app. It's just past transactions aren't reflected in new app correctly. Pixel 8, Android 14
2024-11-25 | This is my first year with us mobile, I paid for the yearly unlimited flex plan. I hardly ever have 5g and that's okay I see no difference in speed. I gave 3 stars because the app is slow, my dash board never loads, I have to log in via pc or web browser to see the most updated dashboard for my data usage etc. Support is a Indian call center and they hardly speak English. If you're self reliant this is the phone carrier for you. If you need constant support and the newest phones go elsewhere.
2024-10-03 | US Mobile, A fantastic MVNO. They have 5G midband and highband coverage. You get support on all the major networks. Customer service is extremely helpful. The prices include taxes and fees in the price. The website has a modern interface. The mobile app lets you see your plans. The ultimate plans are very affordable. You can buy phones from them. You can get instant activation on your new phone from on your new phone from them or your your own byod with esim. Keep up the great work, US Mobile.
2024-09-25 | Horrible reception I live in the city and I always have only 1 to 2 bars also I can't send or receive pictures. I'm just going to switch to cricket which my husband has and just add a line for 25 bucks. Plus if you transfer your number when you switch you get a free brand new phone which I need. UPDATE: Went with Mint Mobile it's cheap and reliable haven't had a problem with it yet and have been using them for almost a year now.
2024-08-25 | The best company compared to others. I’ve tried many, including Republic Wireless, Tello, Red Pocket, and Hello. I really like US Mobile, especially with their new prices. For example, my current plan costs less than half of what I used to pay. Their customer service is excellent—available 24/7 and genuinely helpful. I’ve never been let down; they always act promptly and effectively. I hope they continue to improve and avoid the pitfalls that other companies encounter.
2024-08-17 | Good service at affordable rates. What prompted me to actually review is their teleport feature. I originally had their warp (Verizon) service, but I moved to a different apartment and couldn't get any signal, I changed to DarkStar (ATnT) but still had no signal finally teleported to LightSpeed (Tmobile) which has decent network. Good customer service for the price, I had mint mobile previously and could never get to their customer service easily.
2024-07-04 | Please add a widget to show data used vs. monthly quota. The app looks good overall, but the only reason I expect to launch it on a daily basis is to glance at my shared pool's data usage. Looking at a data widget would be much simpler than repeatedly opening the app, which shows usage in several places in different formats.
2024-06-17 | Update: Their updated plans suck. There's way less choice in terms of different amounts of data. Customer service is actually pretty good although it was a complete pain to port my phone numbers over because of missing information. The phone service is decent and the data is horrible. I can barely watch 480p on YouTube. They are one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) out there. Also, now they charge extra for hotspot when it used to be included.
2024-05-20 | Some of the flows for doing things could use better next/back functionality because you don't get enough info to compare early on. When you click back sometimes you get put multiple steps back when you only need to go one. Some of the labels for data are inaccurate. For example, it might say 820 MB of 1 MB left when it should be of 1 GB not 1 MB. |
