The app is fine for the most part. But I blocked my card temporarily and now I can not get it unblocked when I need it. There's no 24 hour customer service number to call. Half the time even when my card is unblocked, I can't use it anyway.

Update: Over a month later and still no improvement. It actually got worse! Recently moved out of the Tampa Bay area so I rely heavily on the app to do my banking. The mobile deposit NEVER works. Ironic since they take it offline every month to do maintenance on it. The app constantly glitches rendering useless for anything other than seeing balances. Sadly, I will be closing my account with USF. Tried to make it work, but with recent life changes they just can't keep up with my business needs
