Love the app, it gives a great selection of options for me and my family to bank from anywhere. One thing we would really like, is the option for notes on ALL transfers. We transfer to and from accounts for bills and payments, and receive/send Zelle transfers (work, personal). It would make all our lives easier if we knew what each transfer was for, and why.

Tamy Herrera, 2025-01-22This app is bloated and slow. Certain features, sections just won't even load. Eg. Dispute status is always blank. Menus are bloated and hard to nabigate. System notifications and app notifications are turned on, and yet I still can't get purchase notifications. But then I get other junk notifications for promos and discounts and every time I turn them off, US Bank seems to find new ways of sending me useless/obnoxious notifications. By far the worst bank/card app I have used.
