I got the JH-W3, made the setting, hearing test and saved. It was much too loud. I reduced the volume to the minimum 1, it was still too loud. A second hearing test gave the same results. I loaded the "Hearing Test" App, made a hearing and saved the audiogram in the JH App audiogram. Bad surprise, the JH audiogram allows corrections only from 20. For the low tons, my hearing loss is less than 20. Anyway, I saved the audiogram and use with volume 1. The product is very nice. The App is good.
