Very disappointed application.My radeem wallet 100rs and full kyc completed but this shown my wallet and kyc not completed. What wrong this app???????

App not working properly. When I tried to redeem points, its blue button not getting pressed, when I called customer care they advised me to edit your district, when I tried editing district, submit button is not getting pressed and not getting updated my district. When I again contacted customer care she denied problem I mentioned then asked to make video and send when I denied to make video she talked arrogantly. In I short I understood that they have nothing to do with electricians.
