When it works, it's great. But I haven't been able to use the app for weeks/months and Univoip has been unable to resolve the issues. Issues: 1) my phone doesn't ring when I receive calls; 2) when I call others on our system they can hear me but I can't hear them. I really hope this gets resolved, because it was such a useful app.
