2024-09-04 | I'd give 5 stars BUT... there's a MAJOR FLAW WITH MONEY TRANSFERS. It does NOT show a "Review and Confirm" screen after tapping the "TRANSFER FUNDS" button. Instead, it immediately does the transfer without giving you the opportunity to change or correct the amount of the transfer. I don't know of any other bank or payment app that doesn't let you review and confirm before actually processing a funds transfer or payment. I gave 1-star to get someone's attention because THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! | ||
2024-08-02 | UPDATE 8/2/2024. update to BILL Pay software is a mess. Can barely see the list of payments because font is so small, they have list of every possible thing about that payment in the spread sheet so have to turn device sideways. And icons per pmt are so tiny almost impossible to touch the right one. The biggest issue for me, in recurring pmts you can't change just the current pmt, you have to change entire saved recurring bill amt. The budget and spending functions are surprisingly helpful. | ||
2024-01-02 | Nothing ever syncs correctly with my Trust Bank accounts so it is difficult to manage my accounts seamlessly. Some sign ins have to be done on a desktop, but it shows that it is an option on the app. You have to go in the bank to talk to employees that haven't been trained on the app. They only know anything it seems because others have had that same problem. | ||
2023-11-11 | Went through the enrollment process and set my user login and password. Upon attempting to log in for the first time, the app told me that my password was incorrect. I'm sure that it was not incorrect is because I copied and pasted it. While attempting to reset the password I received a validation error despite the fact that my information was entered correctly. Obviously this app still has some Kinks that need to be worked out. I suppose I'll go back to my last bank. At least their app works. | ||
2023-03-01 | Downloaded the app to be able to lock my card when I wasn't using it. And it just keeps redirecting me back to the sign-in page. Tried to use other utilities on the app and keeps redirecting me back to the signing page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still doesn't work. Thus far the only thing good with this app is to be able to view your balance | ||
2022-11-10 | Update (11/9/2022) It's okay. I like I can see all of my accounts on the very first page when I log in. But, there are just little things I don't care for) (Original Review) Doesn't Work. I have called the # for support but they could not figure out why I couldn't enroll on the mobile app or the laptop. They had me call local branch but they just referred me back to the main #. Very frustrating and worthless. Uninstalled. | ||
2022-06-28 | The app is intuitive, and useful. I've had it installed for about 1 year now and use it several times per month. HOWEVER, recently Google Play Protect has decided that the UCBI mobile app is harmful and keeps telling me to uninstall it. This happens 3 to 6 times per day. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but that didn't help, I searched on the web for a solution, but found none. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING. Don't know whether this is a Google issue or a UCBI issue, but it needs to be solved. | ||
2022-06-25 | Our bank just changed brands yet again! This bank and banking app is complete 💩 it was fine at first but I keep getting alerts on my phone saying to Uninstall harmful app! It said this app was spying on my personal information such as text messages, call log, photos, and audio recordings, etc.! Look I get it now a days most apps do snoop but for my banking app to dive deeper into my life as if they don't already know enough, is just bullsh*t!! I'm just fed up with this whole bank all together! | ||
2022-04-02 | I had a little trouble with the app at first, turns out it wasn't the apps fault, came down to user error! Every since I finally realized what I needed to do, I've had no problems with using it - and I use it on average say I use it at least 3-4 times a week, plus I have it notify me every morning what my starting balance is. Keeps me from getting caught off guard. You get 5 stars - keep up the good work! | ||
2021-07-22 | It's a solid banking app. It changed my way of managing my bank account. Instead if me getting up and out my house and going to the bal for whatever reason, bow all I do is get on my phone and check my accounts and money money around. Also it has high security, if someone even you fails to login it immediately alerts your phone with noticable vibrations. |
