It won't let me open any forms or care plans. Log in and out very temperamental.

Not very happy with it.So it's appear like a new version is available and I can't do nothing .on my phone it's not appear like it's available. If the signal it's not very strong we can't do absolutely nothing keep spinning and that's all.we have not acces to care plan, we can't see the previous call informations ,we can't see information about client like DOB ,health status.
