Update: over a year later, the app is just as glitchy and useless. Like everyone else, had no issues with the app until the last few updates. Now it just tells me "page not loaded, refresh and try again" for everything. App is not even functional at this point, don't bother with it.

Horrible! My account was hacked by an Ulta employee and when I called to to inform that the person is still able to access the account even after the password was changed multiple times, they still only sent a password reset link. The security of the app is terrible! Further, the app does not allow you to apply coupons on most occasions, and the apply button keeps popping up each time you tap it. There is a glitch.
