I was very worried because of the bad reviews, but I had no problem either picking up or dropping off, the photos were easy to take and worked right away. My phone often has problems with that kind of thing so it was a great relief Obviously it's not working for everyone but I think most people don't bother to leave a review unless they have a bad experience so it looks worse than it is

I used the app to rent a truck for 3 days. Had to extend the rental a few times and paid extra each time. When I returned the truck, I owed for extra mileage but couldn't pay it immediately. Since then, over twice the amount I owed has been taken from my account and I keep getting g hit for more money. The amounts vary. I have had to freeze my credit card and request a new one. Charges are still being attempted.
