| 2023-02-16 |  | | This app needs work. I got locked out because I have been using my fingerprint as my password to log in. I needed to make some payments and wanted to check out how much I currently had in my account. But no, it all of sudden wants my password instead of my fingerprint. It's been awhile since I've had to use my regular password and it only let me try three times and on the third time I got my password right, but I still was locked out of my account & now have to call customer service. Very mad. |
