| 2025-01-08 |  | | Before you buy the remote and do the app the batteries literally need to be brand new directly from the store cause I put batteries in mine that were new and has only been in one thing for a month and the remote would not work. After getting it programmed but for one thing don't work and buttons for another thing do. I can't close my TV's bottom settings list without having to turn the TV off cause the X button doesn't work and when I press the back but my tv picture options appear and sticks 🙄 |

Not the easiest but it is as close to a harmony remote as I have seen. The activities can only change the HDMI port on the TV and not the receiver so you need all devices plugged into the TV. This is the biggest limitation. Please fix. |

In terms of support, it's NON EXISTENT! no customer service number online and the virtual AI assistant is useless. Wouldn't even accept the URC Code that is on the instruction manual so I could try manually programming my set top box! Buy at your peril... |
