| 2024-12-17 |  |  | App used to work fine, but now only redirects to the UBL website help page. Have tried uninstalling and installing again, but still doesn't work. Useless. Wonder where my ISA went? |
| 2024-12-13 |  | | Very good service so far by UBL compared to the horrible experience I've had with the HBL Mobile App where you can't even enter an OTP code. This app is much more steady, smoother and user friendly. Thank you. |
| 2024-11-30 |  | | A month ago the app would just not open and redirected to a web help page. I somehow managed to get it to work running some cleanup utilities. The app has stopped again and the cleanup actions aren't resolving the issue like last time. I still haven't had a response from UBL technical support since the last time. Unacceptably poor. |

Atrocious software which makes me worry for safety of account. Waste of time. Will go elsewhere for peace of mind. |
| 2024-03-17 |  | | I didn't get as far as actually using the app. I tried (but failed) to sign up online - it sends you an email, you click confirm, but all that does is take you to Google Play to download load the app. You download the app, click sign up then it sends you an email, you click confirm and it just takes you back to the app to start the sign up all over again! A complete waste of time. I shall uninstall and take my money elsewhere. |
| 2023-11-02 |  | | Having read the negative reviews, I think it only fair that I submit my positive experience! The app all (so far anyway) worked perfectly for me. No issues with the ID verification process, or passwords etc. All easy and straightforward. Funding Account transferred directly into the Fixed Rate ISA automatically and immediately after my cash was in it. |
| 2023-09-30 |  | | Hopeless. As others have commented, it crashes immediately and not compatible with Google pixel phone apparently. Won't be transferring my large ISA to UBL due to this significant tech issue |
