I try to solve the puzzle but the button doesn't work I exit the game and enter again and the puzzle reset but the button still not work and I have to watch the ads to pass the puzzle

The plots , characters, graphics are top notch as usual but the ads are often 30+s which forces u to watch the ads finished even when it's not use as hints , it's getting annoying . For example in just 5 minutes there are already around 5-10 30+s ads
