When I installed this app to invest I was informed that I can withdraw my investment after a year but it's been 3 year I have no option to withdrawal my invested money nor to see whether investment has grown or not. I have tried customer support also no one is helping me to get my money back. Worst app ever I will never suggest this to anyone to lost their hard earned money. Shame on you Tyke for stealing people money#Tyke

Tyke ignores request for direct bank credit. This is the one major issue of tyke. All other platforms either credit only to bank account or provide this as an option. Payment on time is most important. This is always not on time with tyke. And worst thing is if your payment happens after business hours you won't be able to withdraw. And if it happens to be Friday then you won't be able to do it till Monday. When on receiving money for investment they accept it 24/7. But on paying back it's not.
