After paying the $10 to subscribe to this app every time I try to record over beat or even acoppelle it says that I have to go to app permissions in my phones settings to allow Tully to have microphone access. However I have done this and it still does not work. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I have tried clearing the cache and Device storage. I've tried various settings on my phone and in the app to try to get to work and still it does not.

This app used to be great. Since they implemented the "paid only" subscription I've had issues. I contacted customer service via email, which is the only option that is available & I'm still awaiting a response 4 days later. I'm unable to voice record on the app, even tho the permissions are set to allow it. Very disappointed as I used this app all the time at one point to craft songs. Now its pretty useless without the recording feature working properly. So im wasting money with a subscription.
