| 2025-01-30 |  |  | RUN FAR AWAY. This is by far the worst ins. company I've ever dealt with. They need staff that know their jobs. I had been paying for auto/home ins. for 2 yrs so I thought. I got a letter from Service Ont. regarding auto ins. & that they couldn't verify my plates. Go on site, type in my policy& nothing. I had been paying for ins. that never existed. They cancelled my policy without telling me me. Dec. they took payment after assuring I'll get 12 months back, they owe me 13 months. THIEVES |

| 2024-12-08 |  | | The app sucks as well as the company! Don't bother dealing with them. I put in a change request 2 weeks ago, never got an answer. I sent them two emails - no response. I spent a total of almost 2 hours waiting on 3 separate phone calls and listening to their horrible music - No answer!! In the meantime I can't drive my car. If something happens without the change request being applied, I have no coverage. Can't even cancel the damn insurance because I get no response whatsoever. |

Since the news of the swap I've spent 3 days a week with at least 30 mins on the phone waiting to connect to an agent. Nothing. 2 months of no correspondence. But they were quick enough to take my banking info from the other company. I might change this review if I ever get someone who works there instead of the stupid hold music. |

| 2024-06-01 |  | | Every time you type all your login info and press sign in, it just goes back to the sign in page. Every time I try to cancel my insurance, they never answer. Everytime I try to change my policy, they never call me back after requesting for it. You wait on a phone call for hours to never get an answer. It's by far the WORST insurance company I've ever had to deal with in my life, wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. |
