The biggest problem i have with it is that it chooses which device and which method (email, or text) to verify it's me. Which is worthless. Example: I'm on my cell phone away from the house and need to activate trukey for a password (many diff logins). It will send the verification code to my email, or iPad, or work phone..which I don't have access to. I NEED TO HAVE IT ALWAYS SEND VERIFY TEXT TO MY PRIMARY CELL..THE ONE I AN USING 99.99% OF THE TIME. YES, I have worked with support .

I have the true key app. It won't interact with my other apps. Still not impressed. Not impressed. I can use it on my Chromebook but getting it to open an app on my phone is another matter. Perhaps I have not cracked that nut yet. If so it shouldn't be that hard to figure out. Why would one use this password system if apps are not included
