| 2024-02-18 |  | | I've been an AA member for years & juz lately (last few years) I juz couldn't log into my account anymore. It doesn't recognise my IC number, my hp number, etc. Tried so many times n still it failed to log me in. I've wasted a few of my Rm 5 vouchers, so frustrating!! The AA staff can't even help me to rectify it??? So how like that.?! I've since uninstalled d app, but I still hv got vouchers in it according to d staff. How??? |

| 2022-04-08 |  | | Having to be a member for many years now suddenly app doesn't recognise my details input. I have key in my personal data ic & number and it prompts password. After a long wait coz its constantly on a loop it gave a message I am not member and to walk in to get registered. What happened to my points and the personal data you have in your databank. |
