Absolute amazing🌟 It has 1min breathing to 36min full body guided meditation (my fave for bed) & everything in-between inc. a reading section, with a calm & reassuring (male) voice for guided sessions. As someone who has chronic pain, anxiety & depression; the original, then this amazing '22 version was the 1st app I tried & has been the only one I've kept using & it's free. This app has helped me so much for years now amd I'm genuinely forever grateful to Reuben & the team, thank you 💛
