App is buggy. I'm not able to view any sms messages in the app. I even un-installed and reinstalled the app and still no joy.

Great customer service, very buggy app. Calling them for support is second to none but it doesn't help when the service itself is very buggy. The app has a lot of bugs: wrong numbers showing up, typing a long message hangs the keyboard, inability to edit settings, no integrations. I do value that the service uses cellular minutes for calling and not VoIP though, which keeps me with them.
