2025-01-22	luxury video	I have been using it for more than a year and I enjoy their service except for the slow customer service experience. And also they are worst to complete transactions it yrs to complete your transaction once it enter processing I make a transaction in the last 72hrs they do not complete it neither do they refund me. Worst experience ever I will be more than happy to give you 0 star. Fix the issue and refund my processing fund.
2025-01-22	olalekan oladimeji	This last update is full of bugs. Freezing and freezing. Got my phone freeze while entering transaction pin. I had to leave my phone for some hours before i could reboot but the money got delivered. Please roll out a better update please.
2025-01-20	Miracle Dare-Johnson	Palmpay used to be one of my favorite for transactions, but at the moment, it's the worst, 'cos why would I initiate a transaction trying to pay for my utility bill, yet I was debited and the status is still displaying "Processing" and no token is yet to be generated. This is well over 24hrs and nothing has been done. I reached out to them through their customer care and email, they literally did nothing to fix it. Well done Palmpay, u can do better. Eat the money, u hungry folks.

But the only red flag about palmpay is that if someone borrows loan, and the loan is due, they call all the contacts on ones phone. That's not right. You're not just doing maybe after a few weeks on borrowing a loan, but a few days after the loan was due
2025-01-18	Adeyemi Barakat	I really love this app for so long that I've been using it but this time around I don't really think I will use it again because if you are doing transaction and the transaction is on pending they will not refund your money and if you are trying to call the customer care they wouldn't pick up or if they pick up they will be playing music until your airtime finish I will even delete the app
2025-01-16	John Moses	The app is a good one in term of saving and transfer, infact I recommend the app to everyone but you see the aspect of loan, oh my God 😠 is so annoying imagine you borrowing #3900 and they ask you to pay X2 of that money in the space of 7days, who does that. Please I think they need to fix that part
2025-01-14	Aliyu Hassan	this app is quite good and very fast but when I come to buy airtime and data bundles though I The contact of the person I want to buy airtime for, Palmpay app doesn't search the contact number, secondly you need to allow users transfer money to someone that had already transferred money to by going through transaction history, we regard Palmpay as best wallet, but why don't you improve to do these suggestions mentioned above, look at Opay we can search our contacts and buy them airtime without any difficulty further more we can also search any of our contacts that has Opay to transfer money to them easily, please improve it, all the best.
