So I hope this problem will be fixed or this could be devices compatible problems. |

| 2025-01-20 |  | | So I moved from android 9 on pouvoir 3+ to android 14 on spark 30c and my experience has not been great so far with Hios. 1. There is no option for DND to include media 2. Screen goes off when watching media on some apps without touch screen, like whatapp status, Instagram videos, etc. 3. All my music apps closes a lot of times when I try opening another apps. 4. On android 9 music apps get pin on notifications bar even when I stop playing music, it is easily accessible that way to play back. |
| 2025-01-20 |  | | Please improve the App to work correctly for all Tecno android phones that are using it. It is always showing "HiOS not responding" on my Tecno Pourvoir 3 Air android phone. When it shows that message, the phone will automatically stop until I will reboot it again. In fact, this is a very bad experience with the HiOS. Please and please, improve the App as soon as possible. Thank you. |

| 2024-12-27 |  | | If this hadn't come with my phone, I never would have used it. If there was a way to permanently remove it from my phone, I would would get rid of it. Any slightly positive experience I've had with this launcher has been immediately followed by disappointment. The list of things wrong with this app are so numerous that I'd be wasting time trying to list them all, so instead I'll say the one somewhat okay thing about it, which is the multitasking, that's it. Move on save your time this ain't it. |
