| 2022-05-06 |  |  | It is a great community of people getting healthy mind body soul and spirit together but also a place where you can heal and grow and get healthy at your own pace in the way that is design uniquely for you because each person's different and we do not all have the same needs at the same time but we do all need to get fit and healthy mentally physically spiritually and have our soul nourished. So very happy and pleased to be apart of this community the work is hard but the pay off is worth it!!! |
