| 2025-02-01 |  | | This is the slowest now l regret wasting my time ..l ordered two things the other was cancelled l do not know why they dont even give notifications l only noticed when l went to check my orders ,then the other one its still in progress no other update and its now 3 weeks they provided a tracking number which doesn't even work ..and with the way they advertise their business you will obviously have high expectations but noo ..and l wont repeat buying from this again. |

I contacted them, they said they would investigate , but they sent me an email saying it had been deliverd , please check with your neighbours. While they did not investigate that maybe the driver might deliver my order to othe house. |

And when I contact the CS, they say it's cancelled !! Why? due to customs and export restrictions. While orders are normal products that I always get from other online markets. This happened with me 4 times till now for totally different items. They contacted me to apologise, I hope I will soon see an improvement and then will raise my review more. |
