Terrible experience with the company. The staff from retail shop never mention that porting from prepaid to postpaid is impossible and proceeded with the porting request. Spent one month to find out they actually cannot make it and inform me after a month that I have to visit the retail shop again to proceed with the request. There is also no other method of contact availablet except fot email which took super long turnover and not addressing the issues.
