| 2024-10-26 |  | | Would give zero stars if I could. The council took over management of leisure services a whole six months ago, and there hasn't been one month without any issues. When you contact the email given, you get garbled, nonsensical messages from the council. Not even the long-suffering staff at the centre I mostly use are able to sort out issues. GET A GRIP, TOWER HAMLETS! |

| 2024-10-02 |  | | Not functional yet. Checkout is very glitchy. The card details section is jammed together at the top of the screen, and then when I did figure out how to enter my card details I hit pay. Then the loading icon just spun forever. |
| 2024-09-29 |  | | Finally the app was released, missing basic functionality to show a calendar view of ALL classes day by day with a button to book, rather than having to input a search term such as "yoga" to then be able to see when the classes are which day a week and book. This assumes members know the classes schedule by heart and know what to search for. Really not sure who designed this, clearly nouser feedback was taken into account during the UX/UI design process. Please fix this asap. |

Added to which I've had no response to two emails I've sent my local facility since Tower Hamlets have taken on the contract. Tbh I'd rather put my monthly sub towards a higher cost membership with a better fitness company. Disappointed. |
